Recipe: Valentine's Ice Box Cake

Ingredients:

  • Brownie Crisp Cookies (or your choice of flavor)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: Sprinkles/food coloring

Instructions:

  1. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
  2. Pipe whipped cream on the inside of one cookie and then stack another on top. Place this stack on it's side and repeat, laying the cookies in the shape of a heart.
  3. Spread a generous layer of whipped cream over the cookies.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, decorate with colored whipped cream or sprinkles
